We attempt to ship within 3 business days within the continental United States (48 states).
Unless otherwise ordered products are shipping via USPS Priority Boxes and generally arrive 3 days after date of shipment.
Should there be a delay it is our policy to contact our customers via e-mail and/or by phone if contact details have been provided.

refund and cancellation policy
While we do inspect all Products prior to shipment should it occur that a product is received that is damaged or defective within 15 days of receipt by the Customer of the Product, we will ask for the product to be returned and, upon receipt of the damaged product ship out a replacement. We will cover the additional Shipping.
